Temporary Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)
Pay: $25 per hour
Type: Temporary (Full-time)

Our client in Washington, DC is looking for a Temporary Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team during a critical time. This is a hybrid opportunity with flexibility and the chance to make a visible impact from day one.

What You'll Tackle:

  • Clean up and reconcile deposits with purchase orders (POs)
  • Take full ownership of the Aging Report and drive resolution on overdue balances
  • Enter and track credit/debit memos with accuracy
  • Process payments-ACH, wire, and checks-with confidence
  • Post payments, resolve discrepancies, and support a clean month-end close
  • Help the team stay organized and ahead of schedule

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of AR experience with a knack for solving problems
  • Experience with Tier 2 ERP systems
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • A strong communicator who isn't afraid to dig in, follow up, and ask questions
  • Detail-driven, reliable, and comfortable being the go-to person for cleanup work
